I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The capsules were well-equipped and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and multilingual. The location was perfect, especially if you have a bus to catch or want to be in the center of the city. The cleanliness of both the sleeping areas and communal areas was excellent.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The location is great, very close to the metro and the bus terminal. It's right in the center of the city, making it convenient for exploring. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, providing a warm welcome and offering assistance throughout our stay. The sleeping pods are a unique experience, with a futuristic interior design that feels like being in a spaceship. The rain showers are a nice touch, providing a refreshing start to the day. the facilities and service are excellent.
The noise insulation in the capsules could be better, as some guests mentioned experiencing noise from others.

The capsules in this hotel were a unique experience! I loved the sense of privacy they offered and the cool lighting inside. The staff were also friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed and taken care of. the location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of pintxos bars nearby and easy access to key attractions in the city. a great value for money stay!
There were some minor issues with the hotel that could be improved. the communal areas could have been cleaner and better maintained.

As a tourist, I loved the affordable rates and central location. The capsules provided a sense of privacy, and I especially liked that they had two-person capsules available. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the personal attention from the owners made me feel valued as a guest. The capsules were imported from Japan, well-equipped, and had cool lighting. I appreciated having a safe in my capsule, and the lockers assigned to each capsule provided extra security. Additionally, I was able to leave my luggage after check out, which was convenient.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The staff are very attentive and detail-oriented, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location in the city centre, close to the metro, is convenient for exploring. The rooms are well-equipped, with their own ensuite bathrooms, TVs, and 12 beds. The fact that breakfast is included is a nice bonus.
Although there was some noise from other guests, overall, everything was fine.
